The questions we get most.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. You agree to the terms and conditions on our website, and you're free to stop at any time with one week's notice.
Where do lessons happen?
In your home or at a local library, at a regular weekly time. Tell us what suits your family and we'll match you with a tutor who can make it work.
Is the first lesson really free?
Yes. A full lesson with your matched tutor, and you're not charged for it. We only need a card on file to create your TeachWorks account. One free lesson per family, for new students.
Do you follow the school curriculum?
Yes. We work to the Australian Curriculum as it's taught in South Australian schools, and to what your child's class is actually covering.
What subjects and year levels do you cover?
All subjects, from primary school through to Year 12, including SACE.
Do you offer online lessons?
No. Our one-on-one lessons are in person, in your home or at a local library.
How does billing work?
Pay-as-you-go lessons are charged every Monday morning for the previous week. Packages are paid upfront, and we'll contact you before your hours run out.
Do you run group sessions?
Yes. Our Maths Mastery program runs at Campbelltown Library each term. See the Maths Mastery Program.
